In creating Red&White, we decided to do something altogether different. We would no longer buy other people’s products, tell other people’s stories or pour other people’s wines.

What have we
been drinking
this month?
We asked our team what wines they have been enjoying this month and which foods they like to pair with them, it’s not necessarily what you’d expect.
Three Crows
Evy thinks this is the ultimate barbecue wine, try it with smoky grilled dry-rub pork chops, spicy sausage pinwheels and grilled corn. Delicious!
Free Fall
Everybody’s favourite Chardonnay, Tiggy prefers it with something light and meat free like a homemade quiche or salmon en croûte.
Immortelle
Richard’s fail-safe dinner party red, enjoyable with a quick and easy beef ragù stirred through your favourite pasta.
Libertine
James thinks Libertine works well with light fruit desserts or fattier foods, try it with beer battered fish & chips, you’ll never look back!
Spoke ‘Brink’
A seafood lovers dream! Paul thinks this pairs well with fresh crab, clams and oysters.

Tempranillo, Spain
If you are curious about what differentiates Spain and which varieties are Spain’s vinous gift to the world, then CURiOSO is for you. This wine showcases the always enjoyable Tempranillo, Spain’s most iconic variety that is often associated with the very best and most famous regions. It is soft, juicy and full of red cherry, fig and blackberry flavours with a subtle hint of sweet spice and moderate acidity. Try it paired with everyday tomato-based dishes, steak, paella, rack of lamb and spicy foods.
Meet our Winemakers
We work together with a handful of talented, independent winemakers around the world, to create the very best wines. We sell these wines directly to you (there’s no middle-man) and use the money to invest back into the vineyards, wineries and people who make it possible.
“Working with Liam and a winemaking team as interested, capable and open-minded as Vineyard Productions is an amazing opportunity to showcase the very best of the Roussillon”.”
Pierrick Harang, Estagel, France
The fifth generation of his family to have been bitten by the winemaking bug. We work with Pierrick closely, on almost all of our projects in France. His interest in winemaking was ignited by his father, Pierre-Yves Harang who was the Chef de Caves of GH Mumm Champagne and recalls being brought up on Champagne and wine! It’s no surprise that Pierrick graduated top of his class in Oenology.
We collaborate with Pierrick to make Flora & Fauna, Immortelle, MAIA and Tête-à-Tête.
A born and bred Kiwi, Ben is one of the greatest winemakers in New Zealand and has been responsible for the winemaking at award-winning brands like Mud House, Waipara Hills and Wither Hills. He has over twenty years of national and international wine judge experience which is testimony to his dedication to quality wine.
We collaborate with Ben to make SPOKE and Fincher & Co. wines.
Benoit’s family have been making wine in the Estagel for seven generations, three of whom are still involved in the wine production today. The winery is rustic, like an old cooperative building with big cement tanks. When we first started working together, this was a hobby, but now over 50% of the Bousquet’s harvest goes into making our flagship Immortelle range.
We collaborate with Benoit an this family to make our Immortelle range.
Françoise is part of the sixth generation to inherit her family’s winery in magical Limoux. Involved in the winery for over twenty years, she is a guardian of the region’s heritage and an advocate for social and cultural action.
We collaborate with Françoise and her family to produce Département 11.
Joana traded in her successful career as a lawyer for the vineyards left to her by her grandmother, Maria. As a child, she spent her vacations at the quinta (estate/winery) and her grandmother taught her everything about agriculture. She helps out in the winery and the vineyard all year round, but during grape harvests she does not stop even for a minute, giving her all and is a fine example for young producers.
We collaborate with Joana to produce Céu na Terra.
