SPOKE ‘Amped’

A combination of Chardonnay clones hand-picked and pressed directly into both old French oak puncheons and clay amphora. This wine offers aromas of green apple, white stone fruit and almond with a hint of white flowers and honey. Very good now, it will evolve over the next five years. Try it with mild, buttery and creamy dishes or paella with plenty of herbs.
