Terret Blanc is the Chablis of the south, produced in the same vineyards as the infamous Picpoul de Pinet. Produced from a unique, local variety planted on vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean oyster beds of the Basin de Thau. The resulting wine has a true sense of place. It’s lively with a rounded mid-palate and a tight, mineral finish. Citrus scented, it sparks conversation and encourages the drinker to draw up a chair and share a glass. Try it with seafood, sushi, tapas, goats cheese and Asian dishes.
