Prices
All prices quoted are inclusive of Duty and VAT. We will endeavour to keep prices regularly updated, we reserve the right to cancel and refund order should the incorrect price be displayed or charged.
Availability
Although every attempt is made to keep the website up to date with current stocks, should an item you order be unavailable we will inform you in the earliest possible instance. If this happens you have the option to wait for the product to be back in stock, a full or partial order cancellation/ refund, or a full or partial credit note. All credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Discount Codes
Discounts applied using Discount Codes are not permitted for use in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders whereby a discount code has been mis-used or a “double discount” has been applied. Codes are for online use only, no cash alternative is provided.
Payment
Must be received at the time of sale through our partner Stripe. Most major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Age Policy
By accessing our website and placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Age verification is in place and our drivers and partners reserve the right to reject a delivery should a proof of ID not be provided. In this instance we will arrange for one re-delivery, if an ID can still not be provided we will refund your order minus shipping costs.

Damages/ Missing Items
Any damages/ missing items must be reported within 3 days. If goods are damaged in transit Red & White Wines will cover all replacement costs.
Refund Policy
Unless the wines are faulty or there is an exceptional reason for a refund request, we regret that all wines purchased from Red & White wines are non-refundable once opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue.
Gift Vouchers
Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
